The cove is located directly East of Downtown Panama City. Located on a peninsula and bordered by Massalina Bayou, Bunkers Cove, Lake Van Vac, and Watson Bayou. These area was developed beginning in the early 1900s to the 1950s. This is an historic neighborhood with alleys behind houses with mature live oaks. Houses take on a craftsman style and can be under a thousand square feet or large houses on bunkers cove with ten times that. There is lots of waterfront in this area offering deep water and quick access to the pass. The protected bayous are a favorite for sailboats seeking safe harbor.
